MIL uses your LOS's read-only API credentials — you authorize the connection once through a guided setup flow, and MIL begins a continuous, one-way sync. Your LOS remains the source of truth at all times. MIL never writes back, never creates records, and never modifies anything in your system. Think of it as a lens pointed at your data, not a hand inside it.
MIL reads client records, deal details, mortgage terms, interest rates, amortization and maturity dates, property information, and application status. It does not access passwords, SIN numbers, bank account details, or any data outside of what's needed to surface mortgage intelligence. Only the fields required to detect renewal windows, refinance candidates, and client lifecycle signals are pulled — nothing more.

Pricing is not finalized for launch. MIL will be a subscription product — designed to be priced relative to the revenue it surfaces, not as a flat software expense.
